Separate editing and entries
Editing forms does not automatically grant access to private submissions. Free includes Form manager and Submission reviewer roles. Settings administrators can manage the supported role permissions under Tools → Team access.
- Use Free 1.3.2 or newer for the current access-management interface.
- Review the supported roles and capabilities before inviting a person to handle responses.
Choose members per form
Open the form's Privacy & protection section. Choose everyone with submission permissions, or select the permitted team members. Save the form. Administrators with settings permission retain access.
- Open the specific form's privacy and protection settings.
- Choose the permitted team members who already hold submission permissions.
- Save, then test with both an intended reviewer and an excluded account.
Use Free or add Pro
Team roles and per-form restrictions are fully manageable in Free 1.3.2 without a paid add-on. Pro adds assignments, notes, follow-up dates, saved views, replies and CSV exports using the same access boundary.
- Keep roles and per-form restrictions managed in Free.
- Treat Pro assignment as workflow coordination, not an access grant.
- Recheck entry, attachment and export access after membership changes.
