Website information updated 17 October 2026
Who operates this website
Accessible.org LLC maintains and operates this website. Read the Accessible.org privacy policy for the organization’s full practices and contact information. This page adds information about this website’s implementation.
Accounts, purchases and licenses
We store your account email and optional name, subscription references, payment records, license entitlement and the websites connected to your licenses. Stripe processes checkout and billing. This application does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Support conversations
We store the subject, category, status and messages you submit in your private support conversation. Message bodies are encrypted in application storage. Authorized support administrators can read and reply. Avoid including passwords, card details or real form submissions.
Essential cookies and local behavior
Signing in sets an essential, HTTP-only session cookie with a seven-day lifetime. It is restricted to this site and uses HTTPS in production. This implementation adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its fonts, product video and images are hosted with the website. Your chosen light or dark theme is saved in local browser storage and is not sent to our server. The interactive homepage example does not send or store its answers.
Service providers and security
Railway hosts the service and Supabase provides PostgreSQL storage for the current deployment. Stripe handles payments. The configured email provider sends sign-in codes, confirmations and service messages. Access checks, expiring tokens and rate limits protect account operations. Hosting and provider records may follow their own policies.
Your WordPress form data
The license service does not collect your form answers as part of license activation. Accepted submissions remain on your WordPress site. If you configure the plugin to use email providers or submission webhooks, those separate destinations receive the data you choose to send.
Retention and requests
Account, license, payment and support records are retained for operating the service and applicable business or legal needs. Sign-in codes and sessions expire. To request access, correction or deletion, contact kris@accessible.org. Identity verification and applicable retention requirements may apply.
