Terms & licensing

The software license and your paid update entitlement cover different things. Here is how they fit together.

Website information updated 17 October 2026

Applicable terms

This website is operated by Accessible.org LLC. The Accessible.org Terms and Conditions provide the organization’s full terms. Read them alongside the price and subscription information presented at checkout. This page explains product operation and does not replace those terms.

Plugin software license

The Free and Pro WordPress plugins use GPL-2.0-or-later, as supplied with their installers. A paid key connects a website to purchased update and support entitlement; it does not change the plugin’s GPL license.

Your Pro subscription

Select the website allowance before checkout. The price is billed annually and renews until canceled. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown in Stripe checkout. Connect websites within the purchased allowance and manage them from your account.

Updates and installed behavior

Eligible downloads and updates depend on the paid period and license status. Installed Pro features are not switched off when a license expires or disconnects. Deactivating the Pro plugin itself pauses its additional behavior. Back up and test your website before changing installed software.

Accessibility and delivery scope

The plugin provides form-authoring safeguards, not a whole-site accessibility certification or legal compliance guarantee. Mail acceptance and a delivered provider event are not guarantees of inbox placement or readership. Review your real forms and service configuration.

Account and support

Use your checkout email to access licenses and billing. Keep keys and sign-in codes private. For cancellation and payment questions, see cancellation and refund requests or contact support.
