Install Free, then add Pro
Install and activate Free from WordPress.org or choose the direct Free installer. Sign in using the email address from checkout and open My account → Downloads for an eligible Pro release. Pro requires Free 1.3.2 or newer, WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.1+. Check the requirements shown for the Pro version you download.
- Open Downloads using the checkout email associated with the license.
- Check both WordPress/PHP requirements and the minimum Free version for that Pro release.
- Install Free first, then install Pro as a second active plugin.
Connect your key
Open Accessible Forms → Pro license in WordPress and paste the key from My account → Licenses. Connect the site and check its status. Never share a license key in a public support message.
- Copy the relevant key from My account → Licenses.
- Open Accessible Forms → Pro license on the WordPress site and connect it.
- Check the recorded site address, connected status and remaining allowance.
Check your allowance
Connected sites and the purchased allowance appear beside the key. A single key can cover more than one website when that allowance was purchased. Adding Pro does not publish unpublished form edits.
- Review activations for that particular license under My account → Websites.
- If an old activation uses a slot, disconnect the correct old site before connecting its replacement.
- Configure a Pro feature on a draft, test it and publish the reviewed changes.
