Review connected websites
Sign in and open My account → Websites. Each site belongs to a particular license. Check the site URL carefully before disconnecting it.
- Check the license and its purchased site allowance.
- Find the exact old website address, including whether it is the intended production installation.
Disconnect the old site
Choose Disconnect and confirm the website. This frees an allowance slot on that license. It does not delete the WordPress plugin, forms or submissions. The old site loses that license connection for future checks and updates.
- Use Disconnect for that website and review the confirmation.
- Confirm the activation count has decreased for the correct license.
- Keep the old site's forms and data as required; disconnecting is not an uninstall.
Connect the replacement
Enter the same key on the replacement website through its Pro license screen. Your current license must be eligible and have an available slot. Existing allowance cannot currently be edited in billing; purchase another license if you need more websites.
- Install compatible Free and Pro versions on the replacement site.
- Connect the eligible key through Pro license and verify the new activation.
- If you actually need an additional simultaneous site, purchase another license rather than removing a needed activation.
