How it works
Keep the entry separate from the email
An accepted submission is stored before the notification is attempted. The entry retains a snapshot of the submitted form so later editing does not rewrite the original questions.
- Search by form and inspect received or unread entries
- Use date shortcuts based on the site's calendar and time zone
- Review Needs review, Spam and Trash as distinct states
Add a follow-up workflow with Pro
Assign entries, set follow-up calendar dates, update progress and add private notes. Saved views help a reviewer return to a useful set of filters, and replies can be sent from an entry.
- Assignment does not grant access to a restricted form
- A received entry can be read or unread
- Inspect the notification outcome alongside the entry rather than assuming delivery
Export a defined set of responses
Pro CSV export follows the chosen form, filters and permissions. Larger results prepare privately in bounded background batches with progress and an explicit retry for an eligible failed job.
- Prepared jobs belong to the initiating account
- The original filter snapshot is retained
- Prepared downloads expire after two hours and are not public archives
Use Insights to investigate friction
Pro adds form-level Insights and counts of questions visitors most often had to correct. Those counts do not include the answers. Use them to choose what to review, rather than treating a number as proof of accessibility or a conversion improvement.
- Review unclear instructions and the affected error path in context
- Keep aggregate counts separate from individual entry answers
- Historical events with unconfirmed time zones are not guessed into response-time statistics
Work through an accessibility report queue
Separate the work of receiving a report from deciding who needs to act on it.
Review what arrived
Filter unread received reports and inspect Needs review for legitimate submissions awaiting acceptance.
Coordinate the next step
With Pro, assign the report, set a follow-up date and keep private notes with the entry.
Share a useful record
Export the permitted, filtered result with Pro when your process needs a CSV. Keep the exported copy's own privacy lifecycle in mind.

Free and Pro for this workflow
Feature reference: Free 1.4.0 and Pro 1.3.2. Check published downloads for the version you can install.
Included in Free
- Stored entries, form snapshots, search and filters
- Read states, Needs review, Spam, Trash and supported bulk Undo
- Retention, privacy tools and per-form entry access
With Pro
- Assignments, follow-up dates, progress and private notes
- Entry replies, saved views and CSV exports
- Insights and correction counts that do not include answer content
Plan your setup
- A saved entry proves storage, not successful delivery of its email notification.
- Trash is temporary storage. Its cleanup limit or an earlier applicable expiry removes the record.
- Permanent deletion is not recoverable through bulk Undo. Prepared exports also expire and can be invalidated by access changes or erasure.
Common questions
Is entry management included in Free?
Yes. Free includes the entry list, search, filters, review states and access controls. Pro adds the follow-up and export tools.
Can assignment override the form's access rules?
No. A person still needs the appropriate capabilities and access to that form.
