How it works
Review a draft without changing the live form
Use private previews of current edits, check the configuration and confirm the required author review before publication. Publishing changes updates every page that uses the form.
- Draft, server-saved and published states are distinct
- Blocking issues can remain saved as draft work
- A form's publication and a page's publication are separate actions
Choose how the form appears in WordPress
Add the Accessible Form block, use the form's shortcode, or use the guided placement tool for a page or post. Test the final page under its actual theme.
- Copy the shortcode from the Forms list
- Block previews use the published version
- Wide and full-width alignment depend on your theme
Control a time-limited workflow with Pro
Pro can open or close a form on configured dates, limit accepted submissions, and automatically place a form before or after selected post types. Version history helps compare and restore saved form configurations.
- Exclude pages from an automatic placement rule
- Use the placement checker to review destinations
- Keep normal scheduling working for due background actions
Open a registration window
A registration form needs both a clear publishing decision and a dependable closing rule.
Prepare the reviewed version
Build and test the form before connecting it to the public page.
Choose a placement
Use a block or shortcode in Free, or a configured automatic placement rule with Pro.
Set the window
With Pro, configure opening and closing dates or an accepted-submission limit. Check the live result and background scheduling.
An example workflow. Configure and test it in your own WordPress site.
Free and Pro for this workflow
Feature reference: Free 1.4.0 and Pro 1.3.2. Check published downloads for the version you can install.
Included in Free
- Draft changes, private previews and author review
- WordPress block, shortcode and guided placement

With Pro
- Automatic placement with exclusions and a checker

Plan your setup
- Placing an unpublished draft on a page does not make it a reviewed public form.
- WordPress scheduled work depends on site traffic or a managed scheduler; date-based actions need that scheduling to run.
- Publishing one form's changes affects every placement of that form. Test the relevant pages.
Common questions
Do I have to use the block editor?
No. A published form also has a shortcode for an appropriate WordPress content area.
Does automatic placement require Pro?
Yes. The block, shortcode and guided placement are Free; automatic post-type placement is a Pro extension.
